Vacant Seat #1

This notice is to inform the community of an Expected Vacancy on the Grand Haven CDD Board of Supervisors.

Supervisor Brazen has submitted his resignation, which will become effective on April 16, 2026, at 8:59 AM. As a result, there will be an Expected Vacancy for Seat #1, with a term currently set to expire in November 2026.

The Board of Supervisors is anticipated to make an appointment to fill this seat at the April 16, 2026, Board Meeting.

Residents interested in being considered for appointment to Seat #1 must submit the following to the District Office no later than April 3rd, 2026:

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must:

  • Reside within the Grand Haven Community Development District
  • Be a resident of the State of Florida
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be registered to vote with the Flagler County Supervisor of Elections
  • Be a United States citizen
